Using this website

You may browse this website and join the waiting list for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, submit false or spam entries through the waiting-list form, or copy the site's content or branding for your own use.

The waiting list

Joining the waiting list registers your interest in Pub Atlas and lets us email you about the app's progress and launch. It does not guarantee early access, a specific launch date, or that the app will include any particular feature — Pub Atlas is still being built, and details may change before launch. You can ask to be removed from the waiting list at any time by emailing us.

Intellectual property

The Pub Atlas name, logo, hanging-sign mark, and the text, images, and design of this website belong to Pub Atlas (or are used with permission) and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without our consent.

Third-party services

This website uses Formspree to handle waiting-list submissions, and standard web hosting to serve the site. Links to our Instagram, X, and TikTok accounts take you to third-party platforms with their own terms, which we don't control.

No warranty

This website is provided "as is." While we try to keep it accurate and available, we don't guarantee it will always be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, and information about the app (including features and timing) may change as development continues.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pub Atlas is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website, including reliance on any information about the upcoming app's features or launch date.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the website and app evolve. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
